Bring  your own horse:

Enjoy Gods country from the back of your horse.  You will want to take a guided tour on private land to see pristine Indian dwelling sites (this guided tour is provided with your cabin rental) and then you will want to explore the hundreds of trails on your own up in the National Forest.  This is a beautiful mountain that will take you through aspens, pines, and ponderosas.  You will probably  see many deer  and possibly elk along the way.  There are endless trails to choose from in the forest. We charge $10 per night for safe individual horse pens. We have been in the horse business for 25 years so you can feel safe keeping your equine friend at the Abajo Haven Guest Ranch.

PAPERS NEEDED:  If traveling out of state, you will need a coggins certificate, veterinary health certificate, and proof of ownership (registration papers or brand inspection).
