Cabin Rental: $70/night. Hiking tour is included in cabin rental. Each cabin holds 1 king size bed and 2 single beds. Outdoor cooking area. Nice restrooms adjacent to cabin with hot water and tiled shower.   

RV's & Tents:  $20.00/night. $10/00/night for 4 or more with use of hot showers/restrooms. We DO NOT have RV hook ups.

Renting the facility:    This price includes 4 cabin rentals (each cabin holds one king size bed and two single beds - a fourth cabin is currently under construction), use of the cook tent and cooking equipment (this includes pots/pans/plates/silverware/ etc.), unlimited number of tent sites, 2 restrooms with hot showers, extra port-a-johns if needed (if over 20 people), wood for campfires, and use of 60 x 60 covered pavilion (see picture of pavilion on accommodation page). There are also cooking areas and picnic tables outside of each cabin. This price also includes a free guided hiking tour.    $100.00 deposit is required. 30 day cancellation notice required.          Up Up to 30 people:  $395.00/night ($13.17/person) 31 to 50 people:  $515.00/night  ($10.30/person)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Horse boarding: $10/night, safe/individual horse pens.

Montezuma Canyon Hiking Tour:  $50.00/person, $25.00 for each additional person. All day tour, lunch included. Be prepared to see at least 25 different Ancestral Puebloan Indian sites while you tour this canyon, which includes large panels of rock art and dwellings. This canyon was once a major route for the Indians and you will see rock art from the Ancestral Puebloan (dating back before 1300) and Ute Indians (1700 & 1800's).  Have lunch by an old corral under the cottonwood shade trees.

Wildlife tour:   $10.00/person. Hike a short distance from your cabin to see turkeys call it a night as they roost in a ponderosa pine for the evening.  This is a wild experience that you do not want to miss.  Also view deer coming out to graze during certain times of the year.

JOHNSON CREEK Guided Hiking Tour:  $30.00/person, $10.00/each additional person.  Fun hiking tour from your cabin.  You will see remote Indian sites and rock art on this hike.  This is a "rugged" hike that will take you through private land to get to these Indian sites.  You will see one dwelling the Anasazi built high on a cliff facing and several surface sites.
